Application Process Timeline
Step 01
Collect the Application Form
The scheme can only be applied through the official offline application form.
Step 02
Nominate a Woman Beneficiary
One woman from the household must be nominated as the beneficiary.
Step 03
Fill the Application Form
Complete all sections of the form with accurate information.

- Total family members
- Occupation of family members

Bank Account Details
- Bank name and branch
- Account number

- Photocopy of Aadhaar card
- Bank account passbook copy
- Passport-size photographs (2)
- Other required documents
Step 04
Submit the Application Form
Submit the filled form to the PS Committee or Gram Panchayat Office.
Step 05
Receive Acknowledgement Slip
After submission, an acknowledgement slip will be issued.
Step 06
Keep the Acknowledgement Safely
This slip is proof of submission.
Step 07
Application Verification
Committees will scrutinize and verify submitted forms.
Step 08
Final Selection & Payment
Approved beneficiaries uploaded to the DIDS portal and paid on the 10th of every month.
